” I first met Jo Lindo when I was making enquiries about the Hilltop Grove complex in Jacoby Street Mundaring. I met with Jo at one of the information days held at the centre complex and was given all the information that I needed. Jo then followed up with a visit to my home to go through any issues I did not understand or needed clarification.

Once I had decided to go ahead with purchasing the block and sorting out building plans Jo’s expertise in these matters was invaluable to me as this was my first time at building. Jo kept in touch throughout the build to make sure things were on track and followed up with the builders if needed.

It made things so much easier for me to know that a phone call to Jo was all that was needed for any concerns I may have had. I certainly appreciated the extra “over and above” time Jo spent with me and I am sure this would be the case with other clients. “
