ACCOMMDATION & BUSINESS

House Sold - CRANBROOK WA

How to move to live in the Country & earn cash flow?? This problem is solved here, if you and your partner are cheerful, love people, food, are organized and enjoy work.

Set in a prime location in a small town in the Great Southern of WA, this is a busy cafe & accommodation business as it is a popular stop – whether you are on your way to see snow on Bluff Knoll, deliver grain to the biggest inland CBH bin in the Great Southern or setting out for your shearing round. This cafe services you all and the traffic flow is there, so much so, the current owners have been run off their feet, so some maintenance & TLC is needed around the property.

The accommodation entails 2 units or combined living for a family. There are 2 kitchens, a pizza kitchen, 2 cool rooms, dining room, 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and plenty of storage. There is a colour bond 4 bay shed and also a storage shed for firewood and the business ute. Both rooms and store are air conditioned.

The primary school, and sports club are within walking distance as is the pub and post office. If golf is your game, there is a course here too.

Throughout the year there are events to shake up life ie wildflower season and from time to time the enduro rally. Catering to these events is also part of this business. Like many country areas life is what you make it, and this town enjoys supporting each other & having a good time.

1.5 hours from Albany, 3.5 hours from Perth and on the edge of the Great Southern vineyard area, you are far enough away from the hassles of city life, but not too far.

There are so many more details to this property, that speaking to the reps is a must first to ascertain if this is for you prior to viewing.
