Please find enclosed a cheque for $2,000, being payment for the services provided to the Fremantle Hospital Medical Research Foundation by Ms Jo Lindo in relation to the display and auction of the charity home at 22 Mettler Court, Sanctuary Waters Estate, Canning Vale.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ms Lindo's professionalism and attention to detail; the service that she provided to us throughout the display period and auction was outstanding.

The Foundation also very much appreciates Ms Lindo's personal generosity and her enthusiasm in obtaining discounted or donated services, which has reduced our outgoings in relation to the sale. The Foundation will raise in excess of $100,000 from the sale, which will make a significant contribution to our endowment fund for medical research at Fremantle Hospital.

On behalf of the Foundation, please convey my sincere thanks to Ms Lindo and to Satterleys for the significant role they played in selling the home, and please accept my thanks for your presence and participation on the day.
